Charlotte Bradburn and Adam Caird have been performing together as Ephyra for 6 years. Winners in the 1999 Thames Valley Young Musicians' Platform and finalists in the Bromsgrove International Festival 2000, they appeared in the Park Lane Group New Year Series in the Purcell Room, London, in January 2001. They are active members of Lord Yehudi Menuhin's Live Music Now! Scheme and have also broadcast on BBC 2's 'Late Review'. Ephyra play regularly around the UK at music societies and festivals including performance at St-Martin-in-the-Fields Church, London. At the beginning of 2003, they were awarded a scholarship in order to take up a long term residency at The Banff Centre, Canada, where they recorded their debut album, 'Modern Standards'. Recent performances include a recital at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester. Also available as a trio.
